From glass ceilings and inequality, to ‘leaning in’ and work-life balance, Black women leaders of today face a multitude of challenges. Now is the time for Black women to enhance their negotiation, communication and leadership skills. As they move up the corporate ladder and take on increased responsibilities, having the right tools and insights in order to pivot in an evolving corporate landscape has never been more essential. It’s imperative that Black women and organizations alike drive transformation for a more equitable future.
The BWEPD Experience is a carefully curated two-day experience filled with honest conversations and work sessions around how to use your personal power to breakthrough no matter your circumstances.
In a world where information overload is the norm, you’ll appreciate our unapologetic commitment to an intimate gathering of no more than 50 like-minded Black female leaders in one room focused on a single agenda: Equity for Black Women.
And… due to popular demand, we’ve heeded the call from so many people who want to attend but prefer not to travel so this year we’ve added a virtual component giving access to up to 100 online attendees. You can trust that we’ve invested in the technology to ensure that the value of the virtual experience mirrors the in-person experience.

Day One will kick off with our signature Uncensor Yourself Evening of Liberation featuring poetry, spoken word and an evocative One-Woman Show by Actress Vanessa Williams.
Day Two is when we get to work with a day of riveting Power Talks by corporate, business and leadership experts, business improv, rotating roundtable discussions, and hot seats all designed to spur your thinking and get you in action from the moment you leave the conference.
